These programs are protected by copyright, which means that you or your developer must be registered with a paid "end user license" to operate these scripts on a web site.

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY

This license statement and limited warranty constitutes a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you ("Licensee", either as an individual or a single entity) and Russell Alexander (Austin Contract Computing, Merchant OrderForm) ("Vendor"), owner of the "Merchant OrderForm" shopping cart ("The Software"), and "Merchant OrderForm" related programs, of which Russell Alexander is the copyright holder.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, Russell Alexander and Austin Contract Computing grants you the right to use the Software in the manner provided below.

If you do not accept the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, you are to promptly delete each and any copy of the Software from your computer(s) and/or server(s).

If you have a "personal use" license:

Under this license agreement, the Software can only be installed and used on one web site owned or operated by those persons or entities who have purchased a "personal use license" for the (MOF) Merchant OrderForm shopping cart. The MOF "personal use license" must be registered as paid in the Vendor's registration database, bearing the name of the licensed person or entity actually installing and/or operating MOFcart on any web site. The MOF registration is not transferable to any other party.

If you have a "developers' use" license:

Under this license agreement, the Software can only be installed by those persons or entities who have purchased a "developers license" for the (MOF) Merchant OrderForm shopping cart. The MOF developers license must be registered as paid in the Vendor's registration database, bearing the name of the licensed person or entity actually installing MOFcart on any web site. The MOF registration is not transferable to any other party.

The Licensee may choose to install the Software on as many web sites as licenses were bought for the (MOF) Merchant OrderForm shopping cart, but no more.

The Licensee has right to place an additional copy of the Software on a removable medium for backup purposes to protect the investment made.

Technical support is available directly from the Vendor as per the level of (MOF) Merchant OrderForm license bought. When encountering problems, the Licensee must first visit the Vendor's web site at:

..and read the information presented there for "support" or "updates" to make sure the question or problem is not already answered there. If not, the licensee may write to support@merchantorderform.com or support@merchantpal.com with their question.

You must not make this software package, or a modified package, available for download in any way. You must not distribute this software package, or a modified package, in any way outside what is needed for a licensed developer to install it on a web site. You must not attempt to change any of the copyright notices in any of the individual scripts or configuration files for the scripts.

Modifications are allowed to the source, with a valid developers' license, and providing you follow all the above terms and conditions, especially the previous paragraph. You cannot modify the software package with any intent to independently redistribute or make it available for download as a new or separate software package from (MOF). Modifications are restricted to outfitting the scripts for a particular installation or application while installing under a valid "developers' license."

The Software remains the exclusive property of the Vendor. You may install it according to the terms of this license agreement. You must not give copies of the Software to other persons or entities.

Only a registered (MOF) Merchant OrderForm "developer" may install the Software on a web site. The owner of any web site where the Software is installed does not have a license to install, copy, transport, distribute, download the Software, unless they possess a valid (MOF) Merchant Order Form shopping cart "developer's" license. Owners of web sites where the Software is installed may backup the Software.

The Vendor reserves the right to revoke your license if you violate any or all of the terms of this license agreement, without prior notice.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE VENDOR``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VENDOR OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF
